The problem with this project is that you'd need millions of variables. Ofcourse if you work hard enough you could get very close to a real brain. I don't think we could simulate life and be more than 99.9% accurate, but good luck on this project. I'd help, but I don't have a copy of Adobe Flash.

Which is an amazing thing that creates completely unpredictable results from one drawing.

Wow...sounds cool...I can't help though as I'm crap at ActionScripting.
But what about the animation of the person? You need to at least draw him/her, right? Or else it'd just be a bunch of text saying 'So-and-so is making a bacon sandwich.' 'So-and-so is eating the bacon sandwich' 'So-and-so is no longer hungry.' Boring boring BORING.
